Wednesday Jund 1, 2016 – There was a moment of uncertainty at State House Nairobi on Tuesday after visiting South Korean President, Park Guen-Hye, demanded to see CORD leader, Raila Odinga, in person.
According to snoops in State House, President Guen demanded to see the opposition leader, Raila Odinga, who is a great admirer and marketer of the Korean Economic Development model.
Some handlers of President Uhuru Kenyatta tried to convince President Guen that Raila was engaged in another function in Narok County but the composed President insisted that she must meet the opposition deity.
At around 12.30 pm, Uhuru called Raila who was in Narok for a funeral and begged him to fly to State House Nairobi for an urgent engagement.
Raila, who was holed up in Ntimama’s hood, begged the residents to excuse him since he had been invited by Uhuru to State House for a ‘urgent meeting’.
When Raila arrived at State House, the South Korean President was the first to welcome him. Unbeknown to many, Raila and Guen have met four times before in Geneva, Washington, London and Beijing.
Here are some photos from State House.
