I will never forget, NGUNJIRI decided to diarrhoea at 3 am as we watched in our cell

image.jpegMonday June 20, 2016 – Suna East MP, Junet Mohamed, has revealed that it is Leader of Majority in Parliament, Aden Duale, who ordered the police to make the lives of the 8 hate mongers difficult while they were in detention.

Addressing the media on Friday afternoon at Milimani Law Courts, Junet, who is also the Director of Elections in ODM, said it is Duale who was giving police orders to torture them.

Junet said Bahati MP, Kimani Ngunjiri, was forced to diarrhoea as they watched from the floor of their cell after Duale ordered the police to deny them access to facilities including the toilet.

“On the first day, one of our colleagues had a stomach upset. At around 3am he started banging the door to be allowed to use the toilet,” Junet narrated.

“When there was no response, he was forced to squat on the bucket at the corner of the cell.”

“This denial of basic rights and food was meant to ensure we were humiliated to the maximum.”

“Police said they were acting on orders from above.” he added.

However, Duale dismissed Junet’s claims as “garbage” and said:

“That is where Kenyan leadership has sunk to.”

“Am I the IG to direct the police? Has he now realised that I am powerful enough to influence police and the courts?” he posed.
