MUTHAMA does the unexpected and dramatically walks out on KALONZO – This is unexpected

Machakos Senator, Johnston Muthama

Saturday  November 12, 2016 – The longtime friendship between former Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka, and Machakos Senator, Johnston Muthama, could be headed for the rocks after what happened at a rally along Mombasa Road in Makueni county.

This is after Muthama dramatically walked out on Kalonzo in front of his supporters after the two differed on Kamba unity.

Trouble began when Muthama attacked Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana for being a jubilee at night and told him to dissolve his Muungano Party and join hands with Wiper.

However, the attack on Kibwana did not go down well with Kalonzo who  is suspected to be a jubilee activist at night and who intervened and told the Senator that he was the head of the Wiper Party. Kalonzo  urged Senator Muthama to avoid politics that harm the unity of leaders in Ukambani region by attacking others.

“I’m the one who holds the vision for this party, and I don’t want any of my votes to get lost.”

“We should not castigate other parties, but rather bring them together to serve a common goal.”

“Muungano isn’t Jubilee but CORD”, Kalonzo stated.

Kalonzo’s response infuriated the firebrand Machakos Senator prompting him to storm out of the rally and drive off with his entourage.

It is not clear if the two talked again after the incident that left a lot of questions than answers. Kalonzo Musyoka is suspected to be sympathetic to jubilee and people familiar with his case suspect that he is waiting for the right time to jump ship to jubilee where the bread is battered most at the moment.

It must be noted that Kalonzo Musyoka differed with Senator Mutula kilonzo senior long before he died in suspected assasination through food poisoning. It will be a while before Kambaland analysts verify what is cooking behind the scenes after what happened.
