Tues day December 6, 2016 – In a bizarre and inconsistent attack against his boss, Former Vice president Kalonzo Musyoka has told CORD leader, Raila Odinga, to stop chest thumping about how he will become President of the Republic of Kenya in 2017.
Speaking in Kitui on Sunday, Kalonzo through Wiper Democratic Movement Chairman, David Musila, said ODM and its leaders should watch their mouths and stop antagonising other members of the coalition.
“We value and want to keep the unity but I am telling them to stop the chest-thumping and bragging.”
“We want to tell them that we also have other options if they think that they are the majority,” said Musila who is also the Kitui senator.
“We have other ways that we can follow.”
“In the last few weeks, we have been getting worried about the goings-on in ODM and our partners’ pronouncements.”
“We are warning them against their threats to go it alone by telling them that we achieved this Coalition through great sacrifice,” Musila added.
Musila also said ODM should stop campaigning for Raila Odinga’s presidential bid and should concentrate on uniting the coalition ahead of 2017.
Kalonzo Musyoka who is suspected to be supportive of Uhuru Kenyatta at night, is expected to dish the opposition and spoil again for Raila Odinga in 2017.
